I am motivated by the people I work with and for everyday, all of whom are trying to change a system that oppresses so many. We all keep each other going in that fight.

Family is everything. Be humble. Care for people who aren’t as privileged as you. Honesty and transparency are key to healthy and real relationships.

Leadership to me needs to be centered around the people you serve. I try to help people find and explore their greatest strengths and help them leverage those strengths to achieve their goals. I always try to listen first and remain humble and approachable in order to create a culture where everyone feels supported.
