To live with a greater purpose with our family as the core of our existence. It drives us to work hard and be dedicated to whatever we put our minds into. Being Filipino means resilience and staying positive throughout all the challenges we go through in life because we have faith that God has the best of plan for us all.

The people around me including my family and friends who provided me the love and support especially on times I needed it the most pushes me to live the best life I can. I want to be able to return the favor to all the people who has helped me get to where I am right now.

My family has always been involved within our community back in the Philippines. They have a good reputation in town. One thing I picked up from them is the value of good fellowship and generosity. I remember my Mom giving food/small gifts to less fortunate people in the neighborhood occasionally and putting up a feeding program for the kids around town to celebrate a birthday/at Christmas time. Mind you, we are not what you would consider wealthy. We had enough for us and some extra to give. This made me realize that you don't need to have a lot to be able to share your blessings.

I strongly believe that being a good leader means that you can be a good listener. A lot of things can be improved if we are open to new ideas and learn from the feedback we acquire from our people. The efficient communication also provides encouragement that anyone is welcome to come forward to address any concerns, big or small, that might come along the way. This makes the biggest difference when we try to work together towards a goal we need to achieve as an organization.
