My parents are my motivation to keep going. They have always struggled with finance and medical problems, I want to keep going to make sure they live comfortable for as long as I live.

Respect is a value I hold dear to me. Being Filipino that should be any filipinos best value we carry. I instill it in my everyday life and influence younger people to never disrespect anyone young or old.

Passion and commitment, In my work field its really hard to find leaders with this trait, but me being born and raised in the philippines and having to travel the world as well has opened my eyes to different types of people and understanding peoples personalitites, struggles, and culture. My leadership has made me get down and dirty with my surbordinates and not just watch them work. My leadership makes me very compassionate to my soldiers which makes them respect me by following me and not fearing me.
